NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 30, 2024, and entered in Case No. 24-CC-6066 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MARTINIQUE II AT BRIDGETOWN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and Molly Nicholson are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 AM, on the 30th day of January, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 124, Bridgetown at the Plantation, Phase Two, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Instrument Number 2006000065850, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
