Allen; Unknown Spouse of Sarah L. Allen; Rachel L. Snyder; Unknown Spouse of Rachel L. Snyder; The Islands at Three Oaks Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Three Oaks I Master Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 17th day of April, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, THE ISLANDS AT THREE OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
