NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure signed on November 12, 2024 and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Emergency Motion for an Order Cancelling January 9, 2025 Foreclosure Sale and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale signed on January 10, 2025 in Civil Case Number 24-CA-002229 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VIII-B is the Plaintiff and SOUTHWEST CAPITAL INVESTMENTS LLC; MILLENNIUM CONTRACTORS LLC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are the Defendants, Kevin C. Karnes, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller for Lee County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale on February 27, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. ET by online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property in Lee County, Florida, as set forth in the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
