NOTICE IS HEREBY given as required by a Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure (Count I and II) entered in Case No. 24-CA-3475 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, where GREEN COAST HOMES, INC. CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and ALBERT WILLARD is the Defendant. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on February 13, 2025, the following described property in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
Lots 61 and 62, Block 3968, Cape Coral Unit 55, according to the plat thereof recorded as Plat Book 19, Pages 92 through 106, inclusive, in the official records olf Lee County, Florida.
