NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-001031-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HIGHLAND LAKES, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CAROLYN MURRAY are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
[ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of February , 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 66-C, HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM VI, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 24, Pages 3-5, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 4514, Page 384, et. seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
