NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RDA CONSULTING ENGINEERS, LLC d/b/a AMERICAN STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING is the Plaintiff, and BLACKTIP CONSTRUCTION GROUP, INC., is a Defendant, Kevin C. Karnes as Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction held at www.lee.realforeclose.com on February 6, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., the real property described as set forth in the Final Summary Judgment, to-wit:
