Final Judgment was awarded on February 12, 2024 in Civil Case No. 23-CA-008811, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, LAND HOME FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. is the Plaintiff, and GEORGE MERVIN ALLSHOUSE II; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KAYLA GIBSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ROBERT DUKES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
