Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court for Pinellas County, I, Ken Burke, County Clerk, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number B, Building 1, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of THE GARDENS OF FOREST LAKES, A CONDONINIUM, as recorded in Official Records Book 6084, Pages 683-732, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 87, Pages 41-48, both of the Public Records of Pinellas county, Florida.

together with any and all buildings and improvements located on said property, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at 10:00A.M. on the 27th day of February, 2025, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com
