NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale signed on January 14, 2025, and the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 28, 2024, in Case No. 23-CA-009456 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SILVER CITY FUNDING, LLC is Plaintiff, and INVESTORWIZE, LLC, GEOFFREY CLAUDIEUS JONES; BC MASTERPIECE, LLC; and the ADMINISTRATOR OF THE U.S. SMALL BUSINESS
ADMINISTRATION are Defendants, the Office of Kevin Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 A.M. on the 13th day of February 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 4 MAP OF GULF HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
