NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT 516, THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14494, PAGE 2117, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. WITH THE FOLLOWING STREET ADDRESS: 1967 CORMORANT CT. #516, CLEARWATER, FL 33762.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 20, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
