G., A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH HER NATURAL GUARDIAN, THOMAS GULIK; PARKWAY MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT, LLC, AS AGENT AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
