NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2025, and entered in 17-005354-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB5 is the Plaintiff and SECURE RETIREMENT GROUP, LLC ; VIZCAYA HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; CNF FINANCIAL; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; BLACKWATER FEDERAL INVESTMENTS, LLC AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 2921 DATED JUNE 28TH, 2013 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 19, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
