NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2024, entered in Case No. 532023CC005606000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which ARCPE 1, LLC, is the Plaintiff and OMAR ZAYAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OMAR ZAYAS; NEW GENERATIONAL REAL ESTATE INVESTOR, LLC; HAINES CITY HMA, LLC D/B/A HEART OF FLORIDA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER; PINES WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on http://www. polk.realforeclose.com/ in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Polk County, Florida on February 19, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., EST, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
