NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 22001187CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Mark Christopher Morrison a/k/a Mark C. Morrison, Deceased; Section 20 Property Owner's Association, Inc.; James Michael Morrison a/k/a James M. Morrison a/k/a James Morrison; Keith Michael Morrison; Paul F. Morrison; Susan Elizabeth Clark a/k/a Suzanne E. Clark a/k/a Susan Elizabeth Morrison a/k/a Susan E. Morrison; Gretchen Morrison; David S. Morrison; Janet B. Weisbecker a/k/a Janet Weisbecker; Mary Patricia Morrison; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Ashley Morrison; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Brian Kirk Morrison, Deceased are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 3rd day of March, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 625, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 2A TO 2-Z-42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY-, FLORIDA.
