NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 16, 2025, issued in and for Manatee County, Florida, in Case No. 2023CA003767AX, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JUDITH W. STANFIELD, DECEASED , CARRIE LEE STANFIELD, CHRISTINA MARIE STANFIELD, TABBATHA STANFIELD GRIFFITH, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CARRIE STANFIELD and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ROBERT STANFIELD are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, ANGELINA COLONNESO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on March 04, 2025, at electronic sale beginning at 11:00 AM, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
