NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure (DIN: 31) dated November 13, 2024, Order Cancelling and Resetting Foreclosure Sale (DIN: 42) dated December 18, 2024, Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure (DIN: 47) dated December 20, 2024 and Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure (DIN: 50) dated December 23, 2024 and entered in Case No. 2024 CA 3756 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HABITAT FOR HUMANITY SOUTH SARASOTA COUNTY, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation is Plaintiff, and JESSICA N. RICHARDSON and CITY OF SARASOTA, a municipal corporation of the state of Florida are the Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Court for Sarasota County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 4th day of February, 2025, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 4415 AND 4416, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 17, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
