NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2024, and entered in Case No. 24-CA-000532 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as trustee, as successor-in-interest to U. S. Bank National Association as trustee, Successor in Interest to Wachovia Bank National Association, as trustee for Aegis Asset Backed Securities Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-4, is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Eric D. Wagner a/k/a Eric Darin Wagner a/k/a Eric Wagner, deceased; Stacie Casey; Sarah Kross; Samantha Kross, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 19th day of March, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 100 FEET OF THE WEST 1115 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 60 FEET THEREOF.
Property Address: 9526 Eastfield Road, Thonotosassa, Florida 33592
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
