NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (the “Final Judgment”), dated January 9, 2025, entered in Case No. 24-CA-004960 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein LAKE MICHIGAN CREDIT UNION, successor by merger to PILOT BANK is Plaintiff and CA & AL HOLDINGS, INC.; CAS GRAPHICS INC. d/b/a POSITIVE PRINTING; CHARLES A. SMITH; and FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of February 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 6, Rivercrest, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 10 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
