NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
ACCOUNTING WORKSHOP
COVINGTON PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the Covington Park Community Development District will hold a Construction Project Workshop on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Covington Park Clubhouse, located at 6806 Covington Garden Drive, Apollo Beach, Florida 33572.
The purpose of the workshop is to discuss the Accounting. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. The workshop may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date and location stated on the record.
Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this workshop is asked to advise the District Office at (813)533-2950, at least forty-eight (48) hours before the workshop. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.
Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the workshop is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
