Unit/Week(s) No.(s) 38 in Condominium Parcel No.(s) 114, of THE SANIBEL COTTAGES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1669, Page 1120, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all Amendment(s) thereto, if any.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
