NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (in Rem) dated January 9, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 24-003005-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF MARTHA DURECKO A/K/A MARTHA A. DURECKO, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF MARTHA DURECKO A/K/A MARTHA A. If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
