NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2024, and entered in 24-003587-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2002-HE3 is the Plaintiff and DIANE C. LISTER A/K/A DIANE LISTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANE C. LISTER A/K/A DIANE LISTER N/K/A TED SPRAGG; MV REALTY PBC, LLC; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 26, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
