WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-OPT1 TRUST, ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1, is Plaintiff and CHERYL RICE, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26TH day of FEBRUARY, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
