NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 05, 2024, and entered in 24-000245-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF2 ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and CRAIG BEROSHOK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG BEROSHOK; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 12, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
