The administration of the Estate of RITA DOEHRING BRANDL, deceased, who died on AUGUST 3, 2024, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is the Honorable Cynthia Joan Newton, 1545 1st Avenue North, #402, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33701. The name and address of the petitioner is set forth below.
There is an action pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, related to the estate of the decedent. The Court was petitioned to open an estate on behalf a party injured by the decedent in an auto accident. After diligent search, the petitioner, Aaron J. Bedy, Esq., is not aware of any living relatives of the decedent and has requested the Court appoint him as personal representative.
Pursuant to Florida Statutes ยง 49.011, this notice will be published for four consecutive weeks and any heirs of the decedent who have priority in preference in appointment as personal representative shall contact either the petitioner or the court and request to be appointed as personal representative or consent to the relief requested in the Petition for Formal Administration filed on January 8, 2025.
If any relatives of the decedent fail to contact the court or the petitioner, an order will be entered by the Court appointing the petitioner as personal representative and authorizing the administration of the estate.
