NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-006726 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which QUEST TRUST COMPANY FBO JAMES BARCZ IRA #4036321, is the Plaintiff and CLAUDIA P CORONADO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLAUDIA P CORONADO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A VANESSA CORONADO are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on http://www.polk.realforeclose.com/ in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Polk County, Florida on February 28, 2025 at 10:00 am the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
