Wiggins f/k/a Margaret Rozzelle, Deceased, and All Other Person Claiming By and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 5, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
