and commonly known as: 144 DENALI ST, HAINES CITY, FL 33844; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www. polk.realforeclose.com on May 6, 2025 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
