The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte, County, Florida; Case No. 2024CA000614; and is styled Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC vs. Jamie NICOLE Barnes.
