BARBISH, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE VICTOR BARBISH ESTATE AND DIANE BARBISH, SUNLIFE FUNDING, LLC; MICHAEL AVERBUCH; DIANE BARBISH; RIVER CLUB HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN SETTLERS/ BENEFICIARIES OF CV-LR1 TRUST UAD JANUARY 14,2013; BV REALTY TRUST UAD JUNE 14, 2022; ALEX AVERBUCH, AS TRUSTEE OF CR SWFL INVESTORS II TRUST UAD JUNE 19, 2013; CR SWFL INVESTORS II TRUST UAD JUNE 14, 2013; ALEXEY GANISHEV; HAVA SLEMOVICI; MARION CROSSING HOLDINGS, LLC; REALTY TRUST UAD JUNE 14, 2022; ELGAN ENGINEERING; THE UNKNOWN SETTLERS/ BENEFICIARIES OF CR SWFL INVESTORS II TRUST UAD JUNE 14, 2013; AVERBUCH REALITY, INC.; YOUR HOME CENTER, LLC; CERTMAX CAPITAL, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.manatee.realforeclose.com. in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Manatee County, Florida on February 19, 2025 at 11:00 am, EST the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
