Geary, Unknown Spouse of Brian J. Geary, and Unknown Tenant(s) / Occupant(s), Defendants, Case No. 11-2024-CC-002200-0001-01.
Description of the Property to be Sold: Unit No. L-6 of Harborside Gardens, Group Three, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 337, Page 125, as amended in Official Record Book 1174, Page 19, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
The subject property is also known as: 3400 Gulf Shore Blvd. N., #L-6 Naples, FL 34103.
Time and Place of the Sale: The sale of the property shall take place on February 13, 2025 at 11:00 A.M., at the Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Suite 102, in Collier County Naples, Florida, using the following method: in the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112.
Sale: The sale shall be made pursuant to the Final Default Judgement of Foreclosure issued on January 14, 2025.
The Clerk Making the Sale: The clerk making the sale is the Collier County Clerk of Court, including, but not limited to, Clerk Krystal K. Kinzel, Deputy Clerk Jane Garrison, or other Deputy Clerks of Collier County.
Interest in Surplus Funds, if any: Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens (September 12, 2024) must file a claim before the clerk reports surplus as unclaimed (no later than 60 days after the sale).
