Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 23, 2025 in the above-styled Case Number 2024 CA 4439 NC in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 446, Building No. M-4, FAIRWAY BAY II, Phase I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1720, Page 1611, as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 23, Page 16, as amended, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida together with Parking Space No. 410, designated in said Declaration of Condominium as Limited Common Elements; and together with the undivided interest in Common Elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described unit.
Property address of: 2020 Harbourside Dr #446, Longboat Key, FL 34228 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on February 25, 2025. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
