NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024 CA 003925 SC of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE TOWNS AT LAKESIDE ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and DIAMOND LEGACY is the Defendant, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com Sarasota County, Florida, at 9:00 A.M. on the 10th day of March, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
