NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on January 13, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-CA-003708 in the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF BKPL-EG BASKET TRUST is the Plaintiff, and JENNIFER TROIANO AND BRIAN P. TROIANO, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on February 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 16, WESTCHASE SECTION “323”, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 62, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 10119 PARLEY DRIVE , TAMPA, FL 33626 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
