Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1/22/2025, in Case No.: 2024-CA-001239 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SERENO OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ANDREW LYDON, et al., is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 3/20/2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 25, Block 19, DG FARMS PHASE 7A, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 139 Pages 93 through 96, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
