NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2024, and entered in 2024-CC-15269 of the County Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CRD 2, Inc. is the Plaintiff and HTN Trust Inc. as Trustee Only, Under the 20-1-15 Land Trust, is the Defendant. Victor Crist as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, at 10:00AM, on March 14, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 9, Park Creek Phase 2B, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 122, Page 207, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 12220 Legacy Bright St., Riverview, FL. 33578 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
