NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-016938 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which New Rez LLC dba Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, is the Plaintiff and Eric V. Zimmerman, Jerri Lynne Zimmerman, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the February 27, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, LESS THE SOUTH 275 FEET, COPPERFIELD UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
