SCOPE OF PROJECT: Business entities interested in being added to a continuing contracts listing for the District for Construction Management Services, must submit a sealed Qualifications Statement for providing the required services, received by 3:00 pm, local time, on February 25, 2025 uploaded to the OpenGov portal for Pinellas County Schools. This general information application packet shall serve to provide interested parties as to the procedures for selection of Construction Management Services. for the Board. This contract will be for two (2) years from the date of Board Approval, with one (1) year optional renewal.
