SCHOOL BOARD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

Pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, a repeal of policy (rule) is being proposed regarding Policy 5113 - School of Choice Options Provided by the No Child Left Behind Act, 6100 - Uniform Records and Accounts, 7230 - Gifts to the School District, 7300 - Property Custodianship and Insurance, 7320 - Acquisition and Removal of Tangible Property, 7320.01 - Disposal, Sale, or Exchange of Tangible Property, 7450 - Inventories and Property Records, 7455 - Accounting System for Fixed Assets, 7530 - Lending of District-Owned Equipment. No economic impact is expected.

Pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, an adoption of policy (rule) is being proposed regarding Policy 7300 - Accountability and Responsibility for School Board Policy. No economic impact is expected.

An agenda item on this issue will be considered on February 11, 2025, during a meeting of the School Board in the Conference Hall at the School Board of Pinellas County, 301 4th Street SW, Largo, Florida.
