NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 22nd day of January 2025, in Civil Action No. 24-CC-003677 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which COMPASS POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and TINA L. DENNY, DISCOVER BANK and UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 20TH day of February 2025, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
