NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-CA-000697, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC is Plaintiff and GLENDAL SHENISE HENSLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLENDAL SHENISE HENSLEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LINDSFORD NEIGHBORHOOD II HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; LINDSFORD MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEVIN C. KARNES, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 01 day of May, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 576, LINDSFORD, PHASE 2B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2017000190788, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
