Meece; Christy Wagner; Kandi Ann David-Meece aka Kandi Meece; Lee County, Florida; Iona Gardens Civic Association, Inc.; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27th day of February, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
