NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 23, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-CA-002449, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and LUIS R. VIZURRAGA, SR. A/K/A LUIS VIZURRAGA, SR.; MARSH LANDING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION AT ESTERO, INC.; MARSH LANDING VILLAS II OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Kevin Karnes, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 27TH day of FEBRUARY, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 77, MARSH LANDING, PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE(S) 88 AND 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
