NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure by Consent and Default dated June 22, 2023 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 23, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 21-CA-005203 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR SLC 2018-1 TRUST, Plaintiff, and MARIA JIGANU; ROBERT C. RODNEY; GHEORGHE C. GUTESCU; NATALIE A. FOSTER; NATALIE A. FOSTER, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM DONALD FOSTER A/K/A WILLIAM D.
