NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure by Consent and Default dated June 22, 2023 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 23, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 21-CA-005203 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR SLC 2018-1 TRUST, Plaintiff, and MARIA JIGANU; ROBERT C. RODNEY; GHEORGHE C. GUTESCU; NATALIE A. FOSTER; NATALIE A. FOSTER, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM DONALD FOSTER A/K/A WILLIAM D. FOSTER, DECEASED; VICTORIA ARMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, INCLUDING, IF A NAMED DEFENDANT IS DECEASED, THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, THE SURVIVING SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THAT DEFENDANT, AND ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, OR WHOSE EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN, CLAIMING UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE NAMED OR DESCRIBED DEFENDANTS, are Defendants.

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS PERTAINING THERETO.
