LOTS 41 AND 42, BLOCK 2691 OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 39, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 142 THROUGH 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
