The work generally consists of the following:

This project is located at the City of Dunedin's Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), located at 1140 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Dunedin, FL 34698, and consists of replacement of the existing filtration system underdrains, filter media, air laterals and control valves. It also includes the installation of a blower unloading valve, air blow-off piping, magnetic flow meter, sample port tap, concrete repair and new windows, along with SCADA system integration.

The Engineer's Estimate for the project is $2,350,000.00

The time allotted for this project is 365 days for substantial completion.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on, Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., at Dunedin City Hall, located at 737 Louden Avenue, Dunedin, FL 34698, in the Caladesi Room (Room #113).

All contractor Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted ten (10) days before the bid opening. The request should be sent in writing via email to [email protected]. The City will not respond to RFIs submitted after that date. An addendum posted to https://www.demandstar.com will communicate questions and answers to all respondents. The last addendum will be posted to https://www.demandstar.com five (5) days before the bid due stated below. The City reserves the right to modify this schedule at any time.

All work performed shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents. Plans and specifications can be obtained by going to DemandStar at www.demandstar.com .
