NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2020-CA-003119-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-AM2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AM2 is the Plaintiff and ERNESTO RIQUELME; FRANCES MEJIA RIQUELME; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT WHOSE NAME IS FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, BRENT BATISTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRENT BATISTA are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 27th day of August, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 63, SUMMERBROOK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 61 AND 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
