NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 2, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24002010CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and SUZANNE MCCARTHY; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Eaton, Clerk of the Circuit Court for CHARLOTTE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 31ST day of JULY, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 617, OF PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 2A-2Z42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
