SAAD, III, manager of FLORIDA TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as Trustee of 5595 RIVERSIDE DR BERRY LAND TRUST and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, SANIBEL CAPTIVA COMMUNITY BANK, a Florida Banking Corporation, is the Plaintiff, Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of Court, Charlotte County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 3rd of October, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Charlotte County, Florida:
