NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 24th day of June, 2025, in Civil Action No. 2024-CA-1160, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which ALAN DIERKING, DEBORAH DIERKING, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES AND/OR DEVISEES OF ALAN DIERKING OR ANYONE CLAIMING THROUGH HIM, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES AND/OR DEVISEES OF DEBORAH DIERKING OR ANYONE CLAIMING THROUGH HER; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION, and SNIDER ROOFING, INC., a Florida corporation, are the Defendants, and LEE CRAIG SCHOCH is the Plaintiff, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT of Collier County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on July 17, 2025, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgement of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
The West ½ of the West ½ of the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼, Section 16, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, LESS the North 30 feet thereof for road right of way.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
